Opening with no mercy with “Nirnaeth Arnoediad” the band delivers their black metal with elements of death metal at full speed. This is pure hatred unleashed with raw guitars that play fast and loud riffs and with blast beating drums that also deliver patterns closer to death metal and thrash metal. The good thing here is that the band sounds really compact and that is essential in order to reflect all their violence. The vocals are really agonic and fit perfectly the darkness of the music.

There are plenty of changes within each composition but there is full coherence and clever song construction. The sound is loud and raw and that is essential in order to let you feel all the hatred unleashed by Nirnaeth. I have to remark the good sound that the bass drums have that gives also a thundering sound to the music.
